After successfully completing the asbestos removal intervention and the re-roofing, we have installed and connected the photovoltaic system which, through a 10-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), will provide electricity to ACAT S.r.l.'s facility in Settimo Torinese (www.acatitalia.com).
Upon expiry of the contract, the photovoltaic system will become the full property of the client at no additional cost. Thanks to this initiative, ACAT S.r.l., a company located in the Province of Turin with over 20 years of experience in aluminum surface treatments, will benefit from a 50% energy savings, resulting in a reduction of CO2 emissions by 190,000 kg annually.
The photovoltaic system, implemented by our partner Etica Nel Sole Srl (www.eticanelsole.it) using Solar Edge technology, with a capacity of 500 kW, will produce approximately 530,000 kWh of electricity per year.
